One Pot Ground Beef Stroganoff

We all grew up eating the overly processed versions of Hamburger Helper.

This version is far healthier!

With grass fed beef, fresh onions and garlic, gluten free pasta, organic beef broth, and sour cream, it’s a meal you can feel good about eating and feeding your family.

Anything that gets made all in one pot makes clean up a breeze, and who doesn’t love that?

One Pot Ground Beef Stroganoff

aka: Hamburger Help Yo’Self

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp. Avocado oil

• Salt & Pepper

• 1/2 c. Diced Onion

• 2 cloves Garlic, minced

• 1 lb. Grass Fed Ground Beef

• 2 tsp. Paprika

• 32 oz. Organic Beef Broth

• 12 oz. Gluten Free Rotini

• 1/2 c. Sour Cream

Directions:

1. Heat oil over medium heat, add onion and season with salt and pepper, cook until translucent, about 4-5 minutes. Stir in garlic, cook about 30-60 seconds. Add beef and cook until browned. Sprinkle with paprika and stir until combined.

2. Pour in beef broth and pasta. Bring to a light boil then cover pot and continue cooking, stirring often, until pasta is tender; about 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.

3. Serve with fresh parsley.
